Curved glass, also called bent glass, is glass that is bent by annealing gravity or bent by heat treatment (tempering or strengthening) and heated to above its softening point to form a curved shape. In the case of gravity bending, the softened glass is placed on or in the mold and slowly cooled after reaching the desired shape.

BTG use 12mm thick recycled hardwood board, no fumigation, hard plastic safety corner,plastic film covering the glass to avoid dirt, with a desiccant inside, to ensure that the glass is dry and not moldy during transportation.

What is curved glass?
Curved tempered glass. After heating ordinary glass to a softening point (about 600 degrees Celsius), it is quenched according to a certain radius to double the surface strength. The original plane of the glass forms a curved safety glass. The broken small obtuse-angled particles in honeycomb shape after the glass is broken will not cause major harm to the human body. The hardness is 4-5 times that of ordinary glass, has good thermal stability, can withstand temperature 3 times that of ordinary glass, and can withstand temperature changes of 300 degrees Celsius. Used for curved glass walls, ceilings, guardrails, partitions, furniture, electrical appliances, etc.

Characteristic
1.Safety: When the qualified tempered glass is broken, the fragments are very small. The number of fragments in the area of 50mmx50mm is not less than 40. The fragments are basically perpendicular to the surface, without sharp corners, and will not cause harm to people.
